CCEA Makes History. The Clayton County Education Association is busy making history left and right. CCEA lobbied successfully the Clayton County Board of Education to adopt a Memorandum that outlined the rights of all Clayton County public educators. CCEA then won contracts and a significant salary increase for paraprofessionals. See how they did it.
